Step 1 WHO ARE YOU?
 
A personality analysis based on ayurvedic principles will help you understand your unique mind-body constitution.   In a nutshell, here we look at how the five elements (of which all life comprises) show up in your particular body. This the basis from which your lifestyle choices best suited to YOU can be made.
 
There are two main components to this:

(1) Your Prakriti (mind-body blueprint from birth).  This relates to how you have been most of your life, your organic being so to speak.

(2) Your Vikruti helps us to understand your current state and helps you to understand where there may be imbalances.

From this basis, you will learn how to harness the wisdom of Ayurvedic practices
to maintain (or bring you back) into harmony and balance.
