Yoga is part of an Ayurvedic Lifestyle and there are many benefits to having a regular practice. My classes help you to explore and develop your strength, flexibility and mobility. Plus yoga can help with weight management and enhance the mind-body connection, improving proprioception and cognitive function.
Learning how to move optimally as well as breathing efficiently and functionally helps provide an energy uplift and contributes to being more mindful and calmer, reducing stress and overwhelm in your daily life.
I teach a variety of styles and types of yoga, for the complete novice to the more experienced practitioner, everyone is welcome.
