This package includes learning the foundational theories of Ayurvedic medicine to help empower your lifestyle choices going forward. It includes an initial assessment where you learn about your unique mind-body composition and a health assessment to identify where you currently have any imbalances. You then receive a personalized treatment plan to bring you back into balance and harmony. This is a targetted approach to your existing lifestyle so for example if sleep is the aspect of your health that's gone off kilter or nutrition, maybe you need to move more and worry less, the Expand Plan service could be just the ticket for you. ​ ​ ​ ​
