You will learn Ayurvedic theories which underpin the practical advice and tools which you will learn. As with the other plans, you receive an initial assessment where you learn about your unique mind-body composition and a health assessment to identify where you currently have any imbalances. You then receive a personalized treatment plan to bring you back into balance and harmony. This is a targetted approach to your existing lifestyle and includes more yoga sessions and more feedback sessions to really help you, well evolve.
