Learn about Ayurveda - including ideas around consciousness, five elements considered to be the building blocks of life and the three primary mind-body doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Take quizzes to understand your individual mind/body constitution and your current state of health. Learn about the characteristics and qualities of your personality and learn how to recognise when you are out of balance learning through the course how to bring yourself back into balance if you are out of balance in your life. Learn about the six key pillars of health, layers of life, building blocks of life and the benefits of living an ayurvedic lifestyle. Duration: 2.5 hours
