Cultivating emotional freedom begins with awareness of our feelings, what we need, what we need to release and what brings us joy and happiness. All the doshas can experience every kind of emotion, though each dosha has a tendency to react to unmet needs in different ways. You will learn practices and techniques of conscious communication, biological responses and steps of emotional release to help you transform your relationships and experience more joy in your lives.
