I create yoga sequences in the context of the sport you do. Following an initial assessment, this 6 week course addresses imbalances, dysfunctions or compensations which may have arisen in your mind-body and will involve the instruction of functional movement - targetting strength and flexibility and teaching meditation and breathing techniques. Additionally I look at your personality and current state of health to see how Ayurvedic practices can assist you in your sporting/life journey.
