Service Description

75 minute Vinyasa Flow Class in a Hot Studio. The thermometer reaches up to 41 degrees so bring a towel and some water as you will feel the heat in this class, warming your muscles and taking you a little bit further. There are changing rooms and showers plus a Vegetarian/Vegan cafe if you need to refuel after class.
