Soul searching can be challenging however. 

 

I adopt a light hearted approach to what may be unfamiliar territory, explaining new concepts and inviting questions. 

 

So that ultimately self-reflection, creativity, self-efficacy and  personal development can occur.

At ginaclements.com my approach to your well-being is holistic in nature and different as it has spirituality at it's core. However, I'm not taking you into the depths of organised religion, nor into a cult or weird stuff that makes no sense.   

Drawing upon the ancient sister sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga, you will learn to keep balanced and in harmony with the Universe and the energies that flow within it. 

 

You will reflect on some of life's bigger existential questions enabling you to find answers that are aligned with your values and beliefs.  

 

You will learn to tap into your inner wisdom and intuition to find your true meaning and purpose.

 

As I tend to the mind, body and spirit to facilitate health and healing.  A key component of my work involves somatic practices to move you out of your head and into the body so that you can release whatever it is that's holding you back to help you live an energised, authentic and fulfilled life.

My philosophy is simple: I believe that every person has the potential to live a healthy and fulfilling life. At ginaclements.com  I provide you with relevant practical tools, strategies and wisdom needed so that you will blossom.

 

My approach blends the ancient spirituality based traditions of Ayurveda and yoga with modern Western medical science, neuroscience, quantum biology and transformational coaching psychology to help you re-wire your mind, raise your vibration, find your life purpose and enrich your experience of living.   My services cover all of your physical, emotional and spiritual needs for happiness, peace and harmony all round.

 

My skills and knowledge of coaching, Ayurveda and yoga are complementary.  This enables me to infuse these disciplines into each session so that you experience a holistic approach to your health; one that is personalised, practical, preventative and participatory.  

 

From an ancient, Ayurvedic perspective, you are not just a physical human being, doing the daily grind, paying the bills and  fitting snippets of enjoyment in as an after thought.  Neither are you designed to be still and stagnate. 

Rather you are a field of intelligence, energy and vibration, constantly in flux.  You are literally designed to move and be full of life.  You are here to realise your creativity and this means actively creating the life you want.  You choose your actions and thoughts - you are in the driving seat.

We work together to co-create the coaching relationship.  As a Life Coach I am not a therapist or counsellor - and there is no need to particularly linger in the past although we will invariably look at those events which you feel have shaped you if you wish.   

 

Similarly for my yoga clients I take you as you show up on the mat on that day and each day your practice will be different.  You also learn to accept yourself as you are. 

 

In all of my teachings, I am interested in taking you from where you are now to where you want to be. 

 

You  learn how to use your creative potential to realise a beautiful future whilst simultaneously being in the present and acknowledging the past.

Your desire to look within and possibly face some demons.  It is only when we integrate the light and dark sides of us that growth can occur.

An attitude of giving it a go, trying practices you may not be familiar with e.g meditation, yoga, breathwork.  These activate the central nervous system so work at a physiological level to aid with health and healing.

A practice of self-compassion, give yourself a pat on the back - you've made it this far.  The future is abundant with possibilities.
